What is the Committed Professional Registry?
An online association of committed individuals and organizations seeking to promote the
growth and development of Good Business and Responsible Management Practices.
This self-policing registry is comprised of responsible individuals who agree to uphold high
standards of integrity and honesty in their respective fields of endeavor. By enrolling in the
Committed Professional Registry, registrants agree to abide by the spirit and practices of the
“The Principles of Good Business” and demonstrate that commitment by acknowledging a
pledge that remains part of each individual’s registration with the registry.

The registry embodies the concept of honor and individual responsibility through a common set of
rules and practices. It was developed to reflect the Common Expectations of society because
it is through the fulfillment of those expectations that feelings of mutual trust and respect
is maintained.
What are the Common Expectations?
1) Truthful and Accurate Communications.
Professionals do not engage in deceptive or misleading practices with regard to any aspect of
advertising, marketing or any other communication of product or service quality, description or
pricing.
2) Disclosure.
Professionals disclose to their customers and prospective customers pertinent information about
their business, the goods or services available for purchase, and any transactions between them
and their customers.
3) Information Practices and Security.
Professionals adopt information practices that treat each customer’s personal information with
care. They take appropriate measures to provide adequate security for sensitive information,
such as credit card information, social security information, and any personal information
required by the transaction.
4) Customer Satisfaction.
Professionals seek to ensure their customers’ satisfaction by honoring company representations,
answering reasonable questions, and making credible attempts to resolve customer complaints and
disputes in a timely and responsive manner.
5) Honoring of Commitment.
Professionals understand that willful violation of their Pledge of Good Business Practices is a
detrimental act which results in the loss of confidence and trust of the members of the
community; and may result in the reporting of negative statements on the member’s listings and
the loss of membership privileges.
What are the benefits of participation?
Promotion & Recognition
Each registrant has promotional benefits of a professional listing outlining their experience and
avocations.
Each listing has a unique web address, which provide registrants a world wide web presence.
The registry is an association of responsible individuals who agree to uphold and promote high
standards of integrity and honesty; and each registrant receives a certificate recognizing their participation
and personal commitment to the "Principles of Good Business".
Active registrants are granted a limited license to use and display logos and copyright materials belonging to the
Committed Professional Registry.
Viewers also have the opportunity to submit reviews and comments about individual listings, which allow for accolades
and acknowledgements of a registrant's commitment.
How does the registry work?
There are two types of listings and the following is a brief description of what each plan includes:

There is a listing hierarchy. Listings under each category are generally in alphabetical
order but, Organizational listings have priority over Professional listings which are then
followed by any inactive listings.
Submitted listings, which may be classified under 20 different categories, will contain the
contact information and general description or Bio for the individual or organization provided
by the registered user and shows the original commitment and latest commitment dates.
Changes to listings can be made at anytime. Listings may also be upgraded to have the organization
recognized as a “Professional Organization.” The upgraded listing is good for one year. Upgrading
should typically be done when it is time to renew the listing as there are no refunds of any
submitted listings.
Each listing has a unique identification that can be accessed from any web browser. This
feature allows for the creation of web links to be used in various forms of advertising and
publications by the individual or organization.
Once a listing is submitted, notification will be sent to the site administrator who will
process the commitment and prepare the certification documents, according to the type of listing.
Upon completion, the certification documents will be placed in the Document Gallery. Access to
the (pdf) certification documents and the Document Gallery is available by visiting the link on
the individual listing.
The site administrator reserves the right to reject listings and reviews. Completed listings
will receive a Welcome e-mail message.
Each listing viewed in the member's area will show the number of visits, unique visitors and
statistics information, along with the number of reviews the individual or company has received
and the number of active days left for the listing.
Listing viewers can add lengthy reviews, comments and feedback about the individual or
organization that everyone may read if the review is approved. Hopefully we will only see good
reviews; however if there is any negative comment posted for approval, the individual or
organization will be contacted at the provided email address and given an opportunity to address
the situation. Unresolved disputes may result in the approval of negative feedback.
Can I provide coupons or other information in my listing?
Each active listing has access to one document in the Document Gallery. The Commitment Certificate(s) will
be uploaded to the Document Galley upon their completion. User's may replace the certificate(s) with any document
they choose, subject to the size limitation, and must be in either .doc or .pdf formats. Commitment Certificates
will only be replaced upon payment of a replacement fee.
What happens if a listing is not renewed?
Each commitment and listing data remains in the registry to insure the integrity of the
Committed Professional Registry. Inactive listings will remain accessible in the search menus.
The displayed listings however will not show the general description or Bio. Email contact will
be the only accessible link and contents of the Document Gallery may be lost. The original
commitment and latest commitment dates will continue to be shown along with access to any
posted reviews. Inactive listings can be renewed at anytime, but replacement certification
documents will only be made available upon the payment of a replacement fee.
What is the cost to register?
There is no cost to register for an account; however, a commitment fee of $19.95 per year
is required to have an active listing in the registry. A user must have an active e-mail account
in order to register.
Can a registered user have multiple submissions?
Yes. The registered user may submit any number of listings. However, the registered user is
responsible for the professional commitment of all the individuals submitted under their
registration. We take these commitments seriously and violations may result in the termination
of a user’s privileges.
What about Privacy?
We take privacy issues very seriously. Viewable listings will only show your contact
numbers, City, State and Country. (Organization listings will display address) Your
e-mail address is not displayed nor is the website address.
Contact can only be made by following the respective links.
Will I get spam by including my e-mail address?
No. Your e-mail address is encrypted and not available for spybots, spiders or any other
creepy-crawly to find.
I forgot my password.
Click on Password Reminder in the Member Login area. A new password will be sent to your
listed e-mail account (make sure you check your bulk mail folder if it doesn’t seem to be
arriving). You may then enter your Member Login with the new password, and then change the
password back to your former one, keep your new one, or pick any other one you choose.
The categories I want aren’t on your list.
Fill in the box titled insert category on the registration form then click insert. The Site
Administrator reserves the right to make changes to newly submitted categories.
I need to change some information in my listing.
Go to Member Login and login in to your account. Selecting the View/Edit button for the
listing allows you to make changes.
Tell me about the reviews or feedback that others may write about a listing.
Visitors to a listing may add a review, comments or feedback about the individual or
organization. They must be approved by the administrator before they appear. There is a link
listing showing the number of reviews for the listing. All reviewers are supposed to include
their name. If they include their e-mail, anyone may correspond with them by clicking on their
name in the review. It’s a great way to clear up any misunderstandings that may show up in a
poor review. Reviews may be removed only by the administrator.
How do I remove my listing?
Each commitment and listing data remains in the registry to insure the integrity of the
Committed Professional Registry. Just simply allow the listing to expire. Inactive listings
will remain accessible in the search menus. If you no longer wish to be contacted through the
registry, login and select the View/Edit button for your listing, then delete your email and
web site addresses. There are no refunds for any submitted listings.

or not, we will) will not be accepted in any form anywhere on this website. If something slips
past our eagle eyes, please let us know.
We do not accept listings or classifications regarding “adult” type activities.
If you see a violation of any of the above that has slipped past us, please let us know so we
can view the offending item and decide appropriate actions.
